Who we are
This site is operated by Heron & Salt LLC (fictional). If you have a question about this policy or about information we hold, write to hello@heronandsalt.example.
What we collect
When you send us a message through a form on this site, we receive what you put in it — your name, your email address, a telephone number if you give one, and the message itself. It reaches us as an email. We keep it as long as we need it to answer you and to keep a record of the booking or inquiry it relates to.
We do not ask for payment details on this site and we do not store any.
Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It does not set cookies, does not store an identifier on your device, and does not follow you to other sites.
Newsletter
If you give us your email address for the newsletter, we use it only to send the newsletter. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and leaving the list removes your address.
Reservations
Bookings are handled by resy, a separate company with its own privacy policy. What you enter into the booking form goes to them, not through this site, and their policy governs it.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@heronandsalt.example and we will answer.
